Refund Policy
This policy explains unused credit-pack refund review, monthly and annual subscription cancellation, failed-job credit returns, Stripe and PayPal availability, disputes, taxes, fees and how to request a review.
Credit packs
Unused one-time credit packs may be reviewed for refund eligibility within the applicable purchase window. Credits used for a successfully completed job are generally not refundable.
One-time credits expire 12 months after purchase. An approved full refund or payment reversal removes the unused balance from that order without reducing unrelated purchased balances below zero.
Subscriptions
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Cancelling an annual subscription does not end the already paid term; monthly allocations continue through that term and stop when it ends.
Monthly and annual subscription credits are delivered in monthly allocations and do not roll over beyond each monthly credit cycle. A full subscription refund, when approved, may remove unused current and future allocations associated with that payment unless applicable law requires another outcome.
Failed jobs and returned credits
Credits held for a job are returned when the service cannot complete processing, including credits from the signup trial grant. A failed-job credit return is not the same as a cash refund.
Payment providers, disputes, taxes and fees
Stripe card checkout and PayPal checkout are currently available when shown in checkout. Stripe may process card payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, disputes, tax and billing details; PayPal may process PayPal orders, subscriptions, disputes and payment details. Chargebacks, PayPal disputes, Stripe disputes or payment reversals may pause account access, revoke credits from the disputed order and require the dispute process to finish before additional refunds are reviewed.
A full Stripe refund or dispute may revoke unused credits from that order. Partial Stripe refunds are treated as support adjustments and do not automatically change credits unless required by law or the payment provider.
Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees and third-party payment fees may not be refundable unless required by law or the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email support at removetext.video with the account email, payment provider, order or checkout identifier if available, purchase date, amount, the relevant job or batch ID if the request relates to processing, and a short explanation.
