Before cleanup begins, RemoveText.video checks your source video. This page explains what we preserve, what can change in the delivered file, and when a video is not accepted for processing.
We check the source before processing and validate the delivered file before it becomes available. The table below separates the requirements we verify from file details that can differ after processing.

The server confirms the source duration, dimensions, selected cleanup service, and final credit amount before processing starts. Frame rate does not change the credit quote.
Credits are held when processing starts. If the service cannot complete the job, the held credits are returned.

Selecting a file creates a local browser preview. Upload starts only after you confirm the processing details and choose Process.
Original videos are retained for up to 7 days. Free-trial outputs are retained for up to 7 days, and paid outputs for up to 30 days. Temporary working files are removed after processing or by lifecycle cleanup.
Your account history can remain after a media file expires, but an expired original or output is no longer available to play or download. See the Privacy Policy for the current data-handling terms.
For an accepted source whose short side is from 240p to 2160p, we validate the same displayed width and height. Smaller videos are not enlarged and larger videos are not silently downscaled; they are not accepted for processing. Rotation metadata can differ.
RemoveText.video currently accepts readable source video from 1 to 240 fps. This is a site input requirement, not a promise about the delivered file. We do not set a target output frame rate for cleanup or promise a constant-frame-rate result, so the delivered file can use a different frame-rate representation. The total duration of the complete delivered video can differ from the source video by no more than 0.5 seconds.
When the source has audio, the delivered video must include audio. The audio tracks and codecs can differ from the source.
We do not make a finished file available unless it passes the delivery checks. If the service cannot complete the job, the credits held for it are returned.

Upload an MP4, MOV, or WebM file up to 100 MB. The source must be readable, have a short side from 240p to 2160p, and use a frame rate from 1 to 240 fps.
