Terms of Service
These terms describe accepted use, strict NSFW prohibitions, user-content authorization, AI output limits, credits, payments, takedown handling and account enforcement for RemoveText.video.
Operator and acceptance
RemoveText.video is provided by an individual operator. By using the website, uploading a video, creating a cleanup job, buying credits or using an output, you agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.
Accepted use and user responsibility
Use RemoveText.video only for videos you own, are licensed to edit or otherwise have permission to modify. You are responsible for uploaded content, selected regions, instructions, outputs and any publication or commercial use.
Strict NSFW and illegal-content prohibition
Do not upload or process pornography, sexually explicit material, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, exploitation, harassment, illegal content or content that infringes rights.
No unauthorized watermark, copyright or safety-marker removal
Do not use the service to remove copyright notices, creator attribution, provenance labels, platform marks, safety disclosures, legal notices, medical or financial warnings, government notices, required advertising disclosures or other marks that you are not authorized to remove.
Limited license to user content
You keep ownership of your videos and outputs. You grant RemoveText.video a limited license to host, store, analyze, transcode, process, create temporary files from and deliver your content as needed to operate the service, provide support, enforce policies and comply with law.
AI results and commercial use
AI cleanup results are not guaranteed to be perfect, artifact-free, lossless, suitable for every use case or legally safe to publish. Paid plans and paid credit packs may include commercial use of the service output, but they do not grant rights to third-party footage, music, logos, people, trademarks, copyrighted works or platform content.
Credits, payments and refunds
The server confirms duration, source dimensions, cleanup service, credit formula version and final credit amount before a job is created. Credits may be held when processing starts and returned if the service cannot complete the job.
Annual subscriptions are charged once for the year at the displayed annual total, while credits are delivered in monthly allocations rather than all at once.
Stripe card checkout is the default payment method, and PayPal checkout is also available when offered. Refund and cancellation handling is described in the Refund Policy.
Account suspension, takedown and abuse reports
We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts, jobs, downloads or payments for suspected abuse, policy violations, security risk, payment risk or legal requests. Rights holders and affected people can contact support at removetext.video with a takedown or abuse report.
No public developer API
RemoveText.video does not offer a public developer API at launch. Internal routes are used only by the web application and secure service callbacks.
